By making a donation through the Sakar Society website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not proceed with the donation.

Major inclusions and terms

• Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
• Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
• Fees once paid which are non-refundable for any reason or any clause.

Donation Process

To make a donation, you will be required to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to, your name, email address, contact number, and payment details.
You agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Donation Eligibility

By making a donation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent to make a donation.

Donation Acceptance

Amba Parshad Rotary Charitable Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any donation without providing a reason. In case of rejection, the donated amount will be refunded to the donor.

Donation Use

Refund Policy

Once a donation is made, it is non-refundable. In exceptional cases, if a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 30 days of the request.
